Upon receipt of a request confirmation of availability, the applicable Villa rates and the amount of deposit required will be advised. Bookings will be made on a ‘first-come, first-served’ basis and must adhere to the minimum nights’ requirement according to the stay period, the exception of certain period or unless otherwise specified in the confirmation of availability. Villa Firenze reserves the right to decline a booking request without giving any reason.

CHANGES to BOOKING:
The lead passenger must inform Unicorn as soon as possible should you wish to change any part of your booking at any time. We will do our very best to facilitate any change, but cannot guarantee that a change will be possible
CANCELLATIONS TO RESERVATION:
If it becomes necessary to cancel all or any part of the booking, Villa Unicorn must be notified in writing (email acceptable).
The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received. The following cancellation charges will be payable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing:
– More than 30 days before arrival: The deposit will be forfeited and all other payments will not be refunded, but kept as a credit for 1 year from the date of cancellation as confirmed by Villa Unicorn. The credit amount can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation, during any period and solely for ‘Villa Unicorn’.
– Less than 30 days before arrival date: all rental payments (100%) are forfeited.
PAYMENT:
Full payment must be made 100% before the day of arrival to Villa Unicorn

DAMAGE:
Any damage caused by guests staying at ‘Villa Unicorn’, which is deemed to be over and above acceptable wear and tear, is chargeable to the guest. The agreed amount to charge is based on replacement value of each item. Guest damage charges are payable to ‘The Villa Unicorn ’ representative prior to checkout date.
SOCIAL CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY:
It is prohibited to act unlawfully in any way whatsoever and to bring in and/or use/consume any illegal substances. Any offenders will have to face local authorities in such a case. In addition, in line with its moral duty and respect for local employees, as well as for the safety of our valued guests, guests may not bring non-registered persons back to Villa Unicorn under any circumstances.
DUE CARE AND SUPERVISION:
Guests are required to take care when residing at ‘The Villa Unicorn’ and be especially watchful of children playing in the gardens, near the entrance of the property, in the staircases, close to the tempered glass, railing, the pool area and in the pool, all staircases in The Villa Unicorn’ and at the balconies and terraces.
Furthermore guests are not permitted to enter the building when still wet from the pool because the floor can be slippery. Damage or injuries arising as a result shall not be responsibility of The Villa Unicorn’ or The Villa Unicorn’ owner in any way whatsoever.
INSURANCE:
It is a condition of the booking that the entire party is covered by comprehensive travel insurance (including cancellation, flight delays, loss and damage to baggage and other property) and health insurance. Villa Unicorn is not responsible for any and all claims, including any accidents related to the use of villa facilities or locally procured third party services such as, watercraft, water sports, car, jeep or motorbike rental etc.
